I understand and agree to the following:
INCLUSIVITY: Exhibits are inclusive and that the number of exhibitors per category may be limited depending on the industry. If my company is EXACTLY the same company as another registered already, my exhibit fee will be refunded in full within 5 business days of submission.
NON-REFUNDABLE: My exhibit/sponsor fee is non-refundable.
ATTENDANCE/CAPACITY: There is no guaranteed number of participants and that the event capacity is 250.
SET UP AGREEMENT: I will arrive during the scheduled set up time and my exhibit will be event-ready by 3:30 PM. (If I am not set up by this time, I forfeit my table and will not be permitted to set up, but will still be able to attend.)
PRE-EVENT VIP ACTIVITIES: As a VIP Ticket Holder (included with exhibit table or sponsorship), you are asked to participate in pre-event activities. After set up (by 3:30 PM), you’ll mix and mingle with other exhibitors. At 3:55 PM, you will be asked to have a seat in the main for the live talk show from 4 PM to 4:45 PM. (You may even be called to stage to be interviewed!) We are asking for all seats to be filled for this portion. Doors open for general admission at 4:45 PM, so you will make your way back to you table then.
MEGA HOUR: During the event, from approx. 6:30 – 7:30, we will celebrate women in business. For the kick off of Mega Hour, there will be a short (approx. 20 minutes) on-stage production with our Mega Models. The theme is “A Hundred Years of Hellos: Welcoming Women 1922 – 2022”. All exhibitors should assist in quieting the room as the house lights dim for this brief, but powerful production.
FOOD/BEVERAGE SAMPLING: If I am a food/beverage vendor OR will be providing any complimentary food/beverage samples at my table (including candy, homemade goods, alcohol, etc.), I will bring my own serving utensils, cups, plates, napkins and trash bin. I will abibe by all food/beverage handling protocols and alcohol restrictions The SALE of alcoholic beverages is prohibited from my table, however, I am allow to take orders to be fulfilled outside of event.
HOLD HARMLESS: I hold harmless all representatives of the MegaBoom event (and its production company Jordan & Jordan Marketing) from any liability, loss, cost, injury, illness or other damage as a result of my participation in the MegaBoom event. I furthermore agree that should any incident arise between myself and another event participant, I take responsibility for resolving the matter between the parties privately apart of the event.
